This is a mild sauce, perhaps a 3.5 out of 10 on the heat scale. Use it on meats like beef and chicken and on green like mustard and collards. Some people even use it on eggs (not me). Take a look at the recipe page for more uses.

This is NOT buffalo sauce. Buffalo sauces are a dime a dozen. This sticky sauce has a nice citrus front end and a spicy “warm in your throat” close. No need to add butter – the agave nectar makes it cling to the wing. The faster you eat, the hotter it gets. Also good on BBQ and fish. 12oz bottle

GhostPepper_Title

This is the same pepper base as the original but at the request of those who think Help Me Jesus® should be spicier, we’ve added ghost pepper. The flavor is still there, but now the heat is more like 7.5 out of 10 depending on your palate. I like it, but where I use tablespoons of the original, I only use drops of this stuff.
